server map/sounds downloads erroring

Anyone can do this if you think the ren server isn't allowing you to download our files: go here in your browser

Wont show any files, but it will show the Apache webpage our downloads are at.

Mods can also use in #rc-mods:

Will see about adding that to #rencorner for anyone to use. Needless to say check it every now and then...apache is back to crashing once a day.
