mdogg1108 Posted March 9, 2017 Posted March 9, 2017 **Credit goes to Rackz for showing me how to do this** After download 4.3, I noticed that my in-game chat got smaller. Itai noticed it first, and then I noticed that it got smaller and became harder to see. Rackz showed me how to fix it, so I figured I would share it with all of you who may have had the same problem In your Data folder, find the file that says "stylemgr.ini" and open it. For me, it opened with notepad. Find the line that says: FONT_INGAME_TXT=Arial MT, 8, 0 Change the 8 to a 9, and voila! It should be bigger. You could try a 10 but for me that was way too big. Don't forget to save the file :D
Learonys Posted March 10, 2017 Posted March 10, 2017 You know what I really want? A bigger HUD instead of a bigger font, on 1920x1080 the health meter is a bit too hard to notice on the corner of your eye. I'm considering going back to 1600x900 for this.

I still have a copy somewhere of my hud that got rid of healthbar and used text instead. You can also change the text size of the hud by scaling the .tga files for the hud text. If you want then i can search and upload it. You can even add aditional textures to it. Edited March 10, 2017 by rackz
Learonys Posted March 10, 2017 Posted March 10, 2017 Thanks for the offer, but I really don't like the look of those HUD mods. Original all the way for me! 1
