After I was removed from the staff without any proof that I was biased towards zend (spoony instigated it and tellson made wild accusations because he saw me in the forums trying to defend myself) I left a week after Zend got banned.  I find it total  justice that Tellson got arrested, convicted and spent a year behind bars for something he didn't do.  Now he know how I felt, minus his freedom,  It served him right for accusing me of something I didn't do.

I think he said he was in a bar an got arrested and taken away, never to be seen for a little over a year.  They way he turned against me made me feel good that he was dragged away without knowing what he did.  It should happen to Spoony also.

Yes with the original points system you get 7 points/credits for shooting a medium tank with a light tank.Which turns the game into a tank game and tanks are on top of the score list and have all the credits.

With pointsmod you get 2 points/credits for shooting a medium tank with a light tank LOL. If you''re sniping you get more points than people using artillery in vehicle versus vehicle combat. Not rare to see snipers on top of the score list on rencorner, which never happened before unless someone was tank sniping.Even with the 2.5 credits per sec mod (instead of the default credit system of 2 per sec) you get almost no credits and everyone uses infantry.

 

If you use a tank on rencorner and your not hitting buildings you get no cedits and points, so I just get a sniper which gives me loads of points and credits. maybe if cw.cc players werent so bad at the game they could play with the original points system (although most cw.cc players dont look pointsmod so I guess that point is moot)

I would love to have the original ren point system in rc but the thing is that its long gone and the community has adapted to the "pointfix''. Changing it now will severely impact the dynamics of rc experience (infantry+tanks). It would not be wise to revert to stock when the whole community loves the balance bw stock and modded ren experience exclusive to rc and its good aswell as rewarding for both the tank players and the snipers. Dont fix things which are not broken.

mpf uses original pointsystem, which makes no ref vs no ref games bearable

Yes and the best way to stop this is killing the enemy soldier. Making them get no money also breaks orcas/apaches & apcs...makes it gay to use flying vehs as your down 1250$ when you die and dont get money/points for using them. I'm poor as fuck now on city fly whenever i play aggresively with orca. It's ridiculous.

But if you dont like soldiers getting credits for shooting the other players harvester you can also just make them get no points/credits for it with the simple 7 line fix as for tank sniping
