add hourglass back to the rotation

Actually hourglass is one of my favorite maps.  Don't remember playing in a hourglass game that went on forever, but then again, I am old and prolly forgot.

I think field is a horrible map with nothing but excessive point whores, that and under both suck, but for some reason field is the per-emminent map we MUST play when it comes to commwars.  I just don't understand that.

hourglass is an OK map but if you are gonna add it might as well add glacier flaying too. and lol @ field being a horrible map, it's a good well-balanced map you just have to know how to play it

I do like hourglass, but the part that I do not like is hourglass isn't a good map on a marathon server.
