Updated bullet tracers

Reworked the original stock tracers to add the same plasma effect from previous versions. Tested and not blocked by the anticheat.

Nice, thank you! Is there like some sort of list/thread on Rencorner that shows which ones are allowed and which aren't? I mostly care about visual effects, like vehicle and building skin package and maybe cooler looking projectiles/bullets. Not looking for anything that gives unfair advantage. Also is there a way to remove a skin if it sucks or is not allowed, without having to reinstall the entire game? I'm sorry I'm not really used to modding xD
