Banned immediately without even playing?

My username is Fashiontips, I just found out about this community and installed everything last night and got to play on a server with 3 other people for about 30 minutes. I tried to join another server today, excited to see there were more people online, and right as I connected to the server I received a message saying I was kicked for "aimbotcal whatamidoinghere cheater." This happens everytime I try and join the RenCorner Marathon server. If there is something I need to do please let me know.
