When he logged in and started as a black hand, stand behind airstrip, and enemy standing in tunnels.

Here you see he duck, shoot and move at the same time  . Shoot same height for long time.

Broly streams all of his gameplay, and also has a point of view for his keyboard/mouse. You should check that out sometime and see if you still come to this conclusion. He's a skilled sniper who regularly gets accused of cheating. Also check:

This is not proof of cheating, and what he is doing here is nothing special, he isn't moving his mouse, he is just just moving using the keyboard, crouching, and shooting, he's just messing around shooting a wall.
