Blocking Harv is A Good idea if the team agrees to it.. however if someone says dont block the harv And u ignore it.. that is TeamHampering..

Personally u can do this.. if nobody disagrees to it ofc.

I do it when I can,  There is nothing wrong with preventing the enemy from receiving credits, It also is something the enemy won't realize right away.

I do it on purpose, especially when shaitan is in the other team, hes such a mammut whore, u need to do anything to prevent him from gaining money!

Bay nukes allowed? Yes/No?

AFAIK, bay nukes in WF and Ref are allowed, why wouldn't they be?  Placing nukes on top of Ref isn't.  Also using an Apache to go into the WF bay and place a nuke above isn't.

I always do this if I can. Islands and Complex are the best maps to do this on. Even if you only block the Harv for 30 seconds it can really have a big impact on the game, especially if you do it to GDI because they need more money.

 

I can remember a game of Complex where my buggy was still there for 20 mins while GDI got destroyed

I have been warned in the past for this, maybe the rules have been changed idk but if anything it's a good strategy and requires somewhat good timing so it should be allowed.

 

I'm guessing by on top of ref you mean on non-flying maps?
