Just a shot in the dark, but have you tried running it as administrator?

I restarted the computer but the same problem exists

I had the same problem so I restarted my PC over 100 times and it worked fine, maybe try this ?

Someone told me that the game path should be registered in it.

What changed from when it was working normally? The game path couldn't have gotten unregistered on its own.

I followed the steps, but the problem still persists. Is it possible that the problem is with Windows? I mean, LevelEdit is old and supports Windows XP or Windows 7... and I'm running Windows 10.

No. I run Windows 10 and it works fine. Are you opening level edit using the leveledit46? don't use the normal level edit

No. It didn't work. What I mean level edit program is running on my other computer. I have three computers, one of which has high capabilities and that's what runs the level edit.

As for the other one I'm working on now, its condition is average. I thought the problem was with the capabilities. 

 

So I was asking ExEric3 to help me with this because I knew from the time I knew him that he could solve problems and had experience.

Just to confirm, you opened it using LevelEdit46.exe right?

Make sure you follow the whole guide carefully, even the parts that don't seem important like Gmax and the Registry fix. If it isn't working, you did something wrong. Uninstall Renegade Public Tools and start over.

It's the same. I'm going to fire up my high-end PC that can run Level Edit. I'll fire it up next week and get to work on it.
