Lowering starting credits

Support seems to be mostly favorable for this in the other topic, so let's get the ball rolling.

 

Most games on the server end within 10 minutes due to either hummer/buggy rushes, tech/hottie rushes, or a large early arty push. Sure you'll occasionally get the 2 hour long Field, but other than that the games are quick. This is bad for the server in a few ways. It favors Nod heavily, discourages teamwork(don't have to pair up to do early rushes, no teamwide starting rush on the harvesters), and since players often leave when a map ends the frequent gameovers hurt player retention.

 

100-200 is the range most people seem to be thinking, so 150 seems like a good compromise. This'll allow players to get a better character for the initial harvester rush if they want, or save up and donate for something better, while not making it so easy to rush with buggies/hummers/techs/arties in the beginning.

You can't vote with just a no, it refused to allow it. That's why I added that 350 option(and the pic).

 

I added a poll to the server too just now. If people want it in the end, that's fine with me.

 

This is what we don't need to go through again. Half of you weren't around for that. The point I'm trying to get across is to not have a repeat of it when noone listens to what our gamers want...ingame.

Ugh the forum poll is broke. I removed my 350, wanted to put in 100. It just errors out.

The problem with the forum poll is that WD set it to Question 2! Change it to question 1 and it should work fine. Question 1 is basically invisible right now thats why the error comes up.

If you noticed, Billie had a problem voting as well. He went ingame to get his counted. Use another account to try and vote. The member named 'test' you can use, just change its password in the admin panel.

Fixed the poll on the forums but we had to lose all the old data (I could've added the actual number of votes but it wouldn't be linked to anyone, so people could double vote essentially).
