As far as I understood they are some charity organization.

You can buy a Warner Bros. Games Bundle for about 12 bucks in €. You can also pay more if you like, since its a charity.

I dont know if its avalaible in the US, but I believe so. There are some pretty good games in it. Maybe its something you looking for... 

Those are steam keys - I bought it and it works. I checked some games and some of them have additonal bundles and skin packs included. I think I saw DLCs too.
