[MineCraft] Major Updates

I have been working throughout the night on a number of major updates for the Minecraft server, note due to the nature of these updates expect the next few days to be a rocky ride until everything gets straightened out!

 

Updates

 

- Updated to 1.6.2

 

- New PvE World created (Set as the default world) [inventory transferred] SIZE: 5000 x 5000

 

- New PvP World created (Reach via /warp pvp as always) [No Inventory transferred] SIZE: 2000 x 2000

 

- PvE & PvP Nether and End worlds have been reset.

 

- The old main PvE world will remain active for the next few weeks, it can be accessed by "/warp oldpve"

 

- Chestworld setup in old PvE world, place all goods you want transferred from old pve to new in chests in this area labelled by a sign with your usename on it. When the old world is deleted all chests placed here will be warped to the new world where you may retrieve your items, can be accessed by "/warp chestworld"

 

- New level of staff rank added "Helper" a rank akin to that of the Temp Mod in the Renegade universe, will have access to limited commands and will be taken under the wing of their specified 'sponser' who will be responsible for guiding them until they are ready to become a Half Moderator. We would like to congratulate MyNamesCody and Lodestar536 as being made our first set of helpers!

 

Note

 

- Once again all users are reminded old PvE world WILL BE DELETED in the coming weeks once we believe the majority of users have moved their goods to chestworld, therefore it is strongly advised you do not continue to build there.

 

- If you have a particularly noteworthy build you think deserves a place in the new PvE world contact an admin and we may agree to transfer the build to the new world.

Updated to 1.6.2? Are you using a legit version of minecraft or a crack?

We use to be told to wait to update until all the versions (legit and cracked) was on line!  What happened?  I can't join now with a cracked version.

You can join with the cracked version. Run the normal minecraft.exe you're been using(this last cracked one it made you). It will state it's got an update, hit OK, let it do its thing. Once that bit is done, the little box above your name you'll be able to click on 1.6.2, and once you do it will update your client once you hit Play. I just did that lastnight.

If you opened your MC yesterday, it may have already done the first update, you will have to pick that version in the box next.
