Voice Notification TeamSpeak plugin released

This plugin replaces some of the notifications that Teamspeak already has, and makes new notifications available to users.

For example, instead of the static notification sound file that plays when someone joins your channel, you can disable that notification in Teamspeak itself, and use this plugin, which will effectively do the same thing, but it will give you the person's name of the joining client, saying '<Person's name> has joined your channel'.

Additionally, when you receive a text message (either global, private or channel) the plugin will read it aloud for you.

For example '<Person's name said in private message <message here>'.

These audio notifications are useful if you're running a full screen application, and do not wish to keep tabbing back to teamspeak to read the messages or see who has joined your channel.
