Can't connect to irc

hello , i used to be able to connect to RC's irc server using  the ip 208.115.205.106 , but now i have new isp  and i think the port 6667 is an issue cuz i cant connect to any server using that port (n00bstories,tmx,RC...) but other servers that dont use that port work

i did flush DNS and used .info .com .net the ip and others with no luck 

 

any help would be very appreciated
