!tank glitch on field rxd

It was brought to my attention that the !tank command on rxd field took the money but dropped the tank into the mountain/tunnel where it disappeared.  This happened on the nod side so I am not sure what would happen on the gdi side with the same command.

the same is for islands_rxd. Nod bought a light and it spawned it in the river at GDI entrance.
