DrSithis Posted November 6, 2014 Posted November 6, 2014 Half Mod promotions are done through the Chain of Command, and is likely through your activity count and how well you do with your current position. Mostly arbitrary decision. Merit promotions(reward, etc,.). I may be wrong, but wait for an Administrator or Senior Moderator to get back to you with a reply.
