This new and improved upgrade leaves a lot to be desired!  Could you look into reverting it back or look for something that is closer to our old forums?

If they were uploaded to the server we still have them. Downloads section just wasn't compatible. When I have free time I will find the update version of the plugin.

The problem is that all files are stored in separate folders.
I havnt looked in the database if there is a easy way where the files are stored.

Else a easy solution is to make a download section on the forums with good sub category's and attach a download to the thread.

if you do this right, then its easy to make a separate php website that reads the database content

and shows the content / download link to the files

I was actually just thinking about how we should have a downloads section. It could also act as an archive for some Renegade files as files tend to get lost as the years have went on.

When the forums were updated, the downloads plugin is probably now incompatible. So no there isn't any access to them. :(

That's what I mean. I guess the idea is a simple FTP or something. Many download sites went down, a lot stuff is gone forever :/  we need take care for the rest

My fault, I was bugging Volcom for a birthday greeter plugin, and there was an update that he did and the rest is history!

@shaitan I'm in Christmas holidays for a week now.  An you provide me temporary ftp access so I can have a look at where the download section is and so I can create a simple phpbb page to access them? I assume you didn't remove any old files.
