As Ive said multiple times to you as a direct address and to others of which you could have read, you can either 1) Apply for VIP or 2) Get lucky while fighting an event master/event dungeon boss - As of now event ranks are 1 in 35, and have powers of VIP+.

In regards to this, The date is Oct 9th 2016. Very old topic, this was on our 1.3.0.8 server, where you could buy ranks with server currency. We unfortunately do not have this technology at the moment, however that's the price we have to pay if we want an updated server. In the future, check the dates, always helps regardless of subject .
