How do I copy and paste or export content that is in mIRC?

Just highlight and drag, it auto copies to clipboard.

 

You also want to get used to using shortcuts for copy pasting, not the right click boomer menu way generally speaking, you can even copy paste in Renegade with the shortcuts.

CTRL+V paste
