Since you havent bank account or paypal you cannot have personal kill sound. It is specific feauture and only for donators and even if you would be able to donate, shaitan already explained it to you - he will not accept your donation.

Ahmed, if I was you I would just concentrate on playing renegade, it’s a privilege to play Renegade for free. So if I was you, I would stop spamming and posting everywhere and stick to play Renegade, people like us donate to the server to keep Renegade alive and moderators and developers etc also helps out and get nothing in return but privilege to play Renegade and everyone gives up hours and hours of their time making maps scripting coding so people like you can enjoy playing Renegade. 
 

So if I was you I would stop doing this shit and keep your head down and play Renegade!! Before you get banned/muted again for good.
