Do I have to reinstall?

So I want to get rid of Resurrection as it is worthless now that TT4.0 is out. Ive tried uninstalling, it gets rid of it, but then I cant launch Ren, (apparently it deletes a shared file).

I have a backup of all my files, but replacing the missing file didn't help.

 

So is there a shortcut to get rid of it without having to reinstall?

You need Renlist to start the game again after u installed 4.0.

Which file is it deleting?

Just uninstall Resurrection using the uninstall .exe in your renegade folder then reinstall 4.0. Should solve any issues.

If u have anymore problems after this.. Tell me and i'll get it sorted for sure.. i Know it has something to do with maybe a corrupted .dll or Just the .exe is crappy and ya need a new 1, Reply and give feedback plz
