I've only ever seen this happen during the initial stages of connect - something happens whereby you send too much data, and so the server bans the connection automatically. Appears you had been connected for some time though, so that's strange.

Anyway, looks as though you're back online now.

back on topic , you being from egypt makes it very likely that your IP is z-lined , aka on a black list . Not because you cheat , hack , are generally bad ... It's because of the way internet works in countries like ours (I'm from Lebanon and I've been through this). You could go http://www.abuseat.org/   and try to remove your IP from the black list, but it's likely to become listed again. Or you could talk to some IRC admin here so they might help you . A hint : you need cookies
